Rescheduling or Cancelling

If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend a booking (including collection, access and return) it’s free when you give us at least two clear working days’ notice. This excludes economy bookings, which are non-refundable if cancelled. You can only cancel or reschedule any booking by calling our team on 01895 541323.

Collection

If you haven’t given two clear working days’ notice and wish to:

  • Amend your collection there will be an amendment fee of £75.
  • Cancel your collection the £75 amendment fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • No refund on Economy plans.

If you cancel your collection on the day of your booking you will not receive a refund.

Return

If you haven’t given two clear working days’ notice and wish to:

  • Amend your return there will be an amendment fee of £75.
  • Cancel your return the £75 amendment fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel your return on the day of your booking, £150 will be deducted from your refund.

Access

If you cancel your access booking with less than two clear working days’ notice or you don’t show up at the agreed time to access your items, then you will incur a £35 administration fee payable to easyStorage.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge amendment/cancellation fees due to incurred labour and transport costs.
