Accessing pods

After receiving an access confirmation email, you will be able to see the confirmed appointment time as well as the depot address. On the day make your way to the depot address for the agreed time.

(Please note: if you do not show up at the agreed time to access your items or cancel your access booking with less than two clear working days’ notice, then you will incur a £35 administration fee.)

Access is based on a Fair Use policy and is available from 09:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday depending on availability by appointment only. Access is not available on bank holidays.

If you are having any trouble finding the location, please contact our Customer Experience team by calling 01895 541323 who will do their best to guide you. On arrival, an easyStorage depot employee will guide you to where you can park, ask that you wear a high visibility vest whilst on site and show you to the customer viewing area. Here, they will open your storage unit/s (easyPod/s).

Please remember that the first hour of each visit is free, then there is a cost of £35 per hour (even if the whole hour isn’t used.) If you need help, our loaders are happy to assist but please be aware there will be a charge of £35 per hour per loader to help.
