After receiving an access confirmation email, you will be able to see the confirmed appointment time as well as the depot address. On the day make your way to the depot address for the agreed time.
(Please note: if you do not show up at the agreed time to access your items or cancel your access booking with less than two clear working days’ notice, then you will incur a £35 administration fee.)
If you are having any trouble finding the location, please contact our Customer Experience team by calling 0330 822 4932 who will do their best to guide you. On arrival, an easyStorage depot employee will guide you to where you can park, ask that you wear a high visibility vest whilst on site and show you to the customer viewing area. Here, they will open your storage unit/s (easyPod/s).
If you need help, our loaders are happy to assist but please be aware there will be a charge of £35 per hour per loader to help.
