The first hour of each visit is free. It then costs £35 per hour (even if the whole hour isn’t used).
Two clear working days’ notice is required so that we can transfer your storage unit/s (easyPod/s) to the customer viewing area. If you cancel your access booking with less than two clear working days’ notice or you do not show up at the agreed time to access your items, then you will incur a £35 administration fee.
If you would like some help with your items, our loaders are happy to assist, we charge £35 per hour per loader to help.
