If you do not use the number of storage units (easyPods) booked, no need to worry. This will be amended in our system.
If you paid for more than you used, a full refund for the unused easyPod storage and fixed loading fee will be processed as well as amended on your future billing. Please note that it can take up to 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
If you end up needing another easyPod on the day, the extra amount will be charged to the card we have on file for you and future bills amended.
