Depending on what services you have booked, there will be a variety of things that you can do before the day. Here are a few examples of a few tasks to add to your todo list which will aid the crew in performing a smooth collection:
- Cover mattresses with a polyethene cover for hygiene reasons
- You can provide your own or purchase one from us at the time of booking, from the crew on the day or here.
We also recommend that all soft furnishing is protected with covers which we can also provide.
- Defrost white goods
- Unplug electricals
- Dismantle large pieces of furniture
- Ensure you have enough appropriate packing materials

If our crew will be loading then make sure all boxes and items are easy to get to, packed in sealed and labelled boxes and ready to go.
