Failed payments

If a payment fails for any reason, you will receive an automatic email every day from the date of payment failure.

We will also automatically try to take payment every day for the first 7 days. On day 8 a £20 late payment fee will be added. This late payment fee is added every 7 days from the date of payment failure until the account is settled.

If you are experiencing difficulties paying, please call our Customer Experience team on 0330 822 4932 as soon as possible.
