When you make a booking, you will be given an arrival window. The crew will give you a call, half an hour before they will arrive.
Please note we cannot guarantee a specific or exact arrival time due to the nature of other collections and traffic conditions. The actual collection will simply take as long as it takes, but no need to worry as the loading fee is fixed per storage unit (easyPod)!
