What should I do if my property is damaged during a collection or return?

If your property has been damaged by our crew during a collection or a return, then you need to notify us, on that same day by emailing our Customer Experience team on info@easystorage.com.

You will then be sent a claims form to complete and send back if you have our PodProtect cover.
