If you need to reschedule your delivery, get in touch with our customer service team. You can make changes to your order up until 11am two working days before your delivery.
This means that if your delivery is on a Monday, you'll need to get in touch by 11am the Thursday before.
It is not possible to change or cancel your delivery after 11am two working days before your delivery is due. In this case, we will still attempt to deliver your items as scheduled.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, your boxes will be delivered back to our storage facility. You'll need to book and pay for a new delivery.
