What are the access dates & times?

These apply to our Collect & Store and Drop & Store services.

You can access your items from 09:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday, depending on availability. Access is not available on bank holidays.
‍

However, you must submit an access request via your online account or by calling the Customer Experience team on 0330 822 4932. Once this is submitted successfully, an email confirmation should be sent out which is needed prior to attending your visit.

Please note that at least two clear working days' notice is required so that we can transfer your storage unit(s) to the Customer Viewing Area.
