Use of the site

• Please do not drive over 5 mph whilst on the site.

• Do not park any vehicle in a way that it may obstruct others from using the site.

• No items may be stored outside of your unit, this includes on the roof or underneath. If you do store items outside of your unit they will be removed and disposed of and a fee of £250 + VAT will be charged. 

• If you cause damage to any structure on the site, this must be reported to the company within 24 hours (this will be spotted on CCTV). 

• If the site has a temporary manual gate that you open you are responsible for closing the gate again. If you leave the site unsecured after your exit then the cost of a £90 call out to secure the site will be charged to your account.
