When can you collect my stuff?

When you place your order with us, you'll choose the day of your collection. In most areas, we offer collections Monday-Saturday, and can collect as soon as the next day when you book by 4pm the working day before. 

If you select our standard collection service, your driver could be with you anytime between 7am and 7pm on your chosen collection date. It is important to ensure that someone is available for the full duration collection window.

In most cases, we’ll send you a 2-hour estimated collection time by email the day before your collection to help you plan your day.
