Will there be a charge if my collection can't be made?

Yes. If your driver is unable to collect your stuff, such as if you're not at home, not ready, haven't given us your correct address, or if your boxes aren't accessible, you will be charged £50. 

If, in the unlikely event that your driver is delayed and unable to collect from you within the booked collection window, we'll reschedule your collection at no extra charge.
