If I sign up to a particular time period now, what am I committing to?

Your price is based on how long you store. When you select a price plan of 2 months or more, you'll receive a discounted storage price.

If you've selected a longer-term price plan, and need your boxes returned before your plan ends, you'll be charged for the remaining months in your plan. If you're not sure how long you need to store, you can choose a flexible 1-month price plan.

If you need to change the length of your price plan, you can make changes before your collection, by contacting our customer service team.
