Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my order?

Yes, you can. You can changes make changes to the number of boxes you're storing, or reschedule your collection date by giving us a call on 0333 038 8558.

You can make changes up until 4pm one working day before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, get in touch by 11am the Friday before.

There will be a charge of £20 if you change or cancel your order after 11am one working day before your collection is due. If you change or cancel your order on the day of your collection, there'll be a £50 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you.

If you’re not present for your collection, there's also a £50 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer.
