Please login to your online account to check for availability and then book the return on the calendar. Please note that we need at least two clear working days’ notice but please give as much notice as possible as it is dependent on availability.
It is best to book in advance through your online easyStorage account to get the best chance of getting the delivery time you want. There’s no fee to cancel or reschedule your return booking if you let us know at least two clear working days’ before your booking date.
Please be aware that if your new address is more than 10 miles from the original collection location, a mileage charge of £6 per mile (including VAT) for up to 105 sqft will apply.
It's also important to remember that your billing address does not update automatically when you move. To ensure your account details are correct, you will need to inform our Customer Experience team of any changes by emailing info@easystorage.com or calling 0330 822 4932.
Return delivery fees are based on the current pricing at the time you schedule the return.
