Can I collect all my items from the storage facility?

This applies to Collect & Store and Drop & Store services.

You can certainly arrange to collect all of your items directly from our storage facility. To ensure we have your storage unit(s) safely retrieved from storage and ready for you, we require a minimum of two working days' notice.

Please note that collection appointments are subject to availability, so we advise contacting us as early as possible. To schedule your collection, you must contact our Customer Experience team, who will help you book a suitable date and time.
