Are there any other charges I should know about?

We have a few rules in place to ensure smooth storage and delivery. Failure to comply will result in additional charges:

• Overweight boxes: If a box is more than 25kg, we will charge you £40 on collection and £40 on delivery. This is to prevent damage to your items, and protect our team from injury.
• Sending non-boxed items: We only accept cardboard boxes, hard-shelled suitcases, or suitcases packed in boxes. We'll charge you £50 if you send in any unboxed items. This is to ensure your belongings have the best possible protection during transit and storage.
• Failed collection: If your collection is unsuccessful, we'll charge you £50 and you will have to reschedule your collection for a different date.
• Failed delivery: If no one is available to receive your delivery, you'll need to pay for the delivery again.
