Will there be a charge if my delivery cannot be made?

If your delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available to accept delivery, or because you've given us the incorrect address, your driver will return your boxes to our storage facility. You will then need to book and pay for a new delivery. 

If, in the unlikely event that your driver is delayed and unable to deliver to you within the booked delivery window, we'll reschedule your delivery at no extra charge.
