Collection
Once you have booked a collection with easyStorage, you will receive:
- A confirmation email immediately
Please make sure you read the “Need to know” section on the confirmation email as it contains all the key information about our services.
- An email detailing how to set up your online account
- An email 5 days before your collection
- An email the day before your collection
- A call half an hour before the team hope to arrive on the day
If you have not yet received a confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
Return
Once you have booked a return with easyStorage, you will receive:
- A confirmation email immediately
- An email the day before your return
- A call half an hour before the team hope to arrive on the day
Access
Once you have submitted an access request you will receive:
- A confirmation email once your access appointment has been approved
