If we are coming to pick up your items then you can expect to receive a phone call from the easyStorage crew, half an hour before their expected arrival time (in most cases the arrival time will be within the arrival time slot on your booking confirmation).
Once the crew arrives, they park the easyStorage van as close as possible. The team leader will do a walk-around with you to plan the best way to load your items going into storage. The crew will load and/or carry out any extra services such as packing that you previously requested.
Once the loading is complete, the storage unit/s (easyPod/s) will be securely closed with uniquely numbered security seals which you can take note of or see via your online account. Before we depart, the team may ask if you are happy to leave feedback on Trustpilot and then the job is complete.
