Claiming on insurance

We recommend notifying us of the damage as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Experience team at info@easystorage.com.

If an item has been lost or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of your return. If your property has been damaged by our crew during a collection or a return, then you need to notify us, on that same day.

Once you have notified us within the time periods above, our team will send you a claims form. Once you return the completed claims form, the claims service will resolve the matter.

Please note settlement offers are based on a current value basis and a £100 excess applies to each claim. Click here for further details on our insurance coverage.
