You can access your items from 09:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday, depending on availability. Access is not available on bank holidays.
However, you must submit an access request via your online account or by calling the Customer Experience team on 0330 822 4932 and have received email confirmation before attending.
Please note that at least two clear working days’ notice is required so that we can transfer your storage unit/s (easyPod/s) to the customer viewing area.
